Brunch at PARK

While people wanderlust, I cafe-lust.

| Eggs Royale $16.50 |
Poached egg sit on toast, snow pea and smoked salmon, mixed greens, rosti potato, and sauteed mushrooms, served with home-made hollandaise.

Food was extremely good. The eggs, salmon, mushroom, rosti were all nicely done and I quite like the addition of the rosti and the snow peas (which you hardly see in your brunch menu). The only thing I didn't quite enjoy as much is the bacon, which is crispy and hard. Would have preferred my bacon to be a little softer and chewy. Their cherry tomatoes are awesome. Not really a huge fan of tomatoes but they were roasted so the moment you sink your teeth into these cherry tomatoes, they burst delightfully in your mouth.

I chose to sit outdoors as I could catch a glimpse of the afternoon sun and the lazy atmosphere while watching people pass. Certainly enjoying the little moments in life when I can put aside some hours to relax and enjoy life without having to stress over school work.
