Craft Bakery & Cafe / Churrosity

| Eggs Florentine $15 |
Grilled English muffins with smoked salmon and poached eggs drizzled with Hollandaise sauce

Mega love for eggs and salmon! I think they make the best combination when it comes to brunch menus! I really love how their poached eggs are flowy. Poached eggs that doesn't flow are just not fit to be called poached eggs. Would definitely go back for this again. Their very generous with their salmon portion, not to mention that they are really fresh.

| Hot Chocolate $5.50 |
Served with Marshmallows

Not every cafe is capable of serving a cup of good hot chocolate. Seems like an easy cup of drink, but to make a good one, it takes effort, not to mention the pretty cafe-art that comes with it. I love hot it is really milky and has a strong chocolate taste at the same time. Milo and chocolate lovers would love this!

Haven't tried Craft Bakery Cafe ever since it started their operation but am glad that I did now and not back then. Back then, I think their menu size and the variety of food is quite limited. Now, they sell more than just all-day breakfast, but also a wide range of desserts such as waffles (which I'm going back for) and lots of cakes. The outdoor brunching experience is great too since I get to enjoy an afternoon of peace and people-watching.

Spotted these pretty blooms during brunch! Singapore really amazes me. Moments before, it was having dry spells and out of the sudden, pretty flowers start blooming all around the island. God's creations are indeed wonderful.

Roamed around Holland Village with my favourite churros! These are the best things ever!
